To mark Poul Henningsen's 120th birthday on September 9, Louis Poulsen is launching the new PH 3½-3 suspension lamp. The PH 3½-3 suspension lamp features the original designs by Poul Henningsen in the late 1920s and early 1930s, characterized by the iconic shade set. This hanging lamp features multiple metal shades in green, yellow, red or white. Made of copper, the body of the fixture has a brown color that is both matte and silky. All these colors are faithful to the universe of Poul Henningsen. Just like their designer, these suspensions are colorful! In addition, all shades feature a white rolled edge, accentuating the familiar profile of this three-piece set with a beautiful optical symmetry effect. The shades are pressed at Louis Poulsen's Vejen factory by Louis Poulsen's dedicated staff of a few specially trained people. Designed more than 80 years ago, this suspension lamp combines modernity and classicism, making it ideal for a wide variety of interior designs. It enjoys an elegant, rustic, functional and unpretentious look. The PH 3½-3 suspension lamp represents a masterpiece of Danish design history in lighting. It provides functional and decorative light, and its simple presence dresses up any interior style, whether it is on or off. It is as beautiful on its own as it is in combination with other pendant lights.


